100% recommend. My AC stopped working and they came out same day. It looked like a motor had gone bad and they worked with me to bring down the cost. Part of it was frozen over so they said they needed to give it a day to melt and make sure there was nothing else going on before the work was done. Next day, it turned out the motor was ok, but being overworked because of the ice and refrigerant had run low. They were honest and didn't try to trick me into replacements I didn't need even though it brought the cost down to almost nothing.

I have lived in my house for about 2 years now and have had on and off a/c issues since literally day #1 (and my system was new in 2011). It is a unique a/c system called a "space pac." A local company came out the day we moved in and did a quick patch job that got the a/c running, but over the course of a year it got more and more unreliable. This spring I scheduled a tune up with complete comfort based on google reviews. They arrived and found an underlying problem and worked hard to correct the real problem instead of patching it again. Everything was fixed in 2 short vists, my a/c is working again, the price was very reasonable, and the personnel were polite, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. These HVAC techs are one of the best in indy. I had to replace my air handler due to it being very old. The Techs came out removed all the old junk and placed in the new one. Their pricing is more reasonable than some of the other quotes I've gotten. I would recommend them to anyone.

We just had a complete system Ac and Furnace installed. The experience was perfect start to finish. Quick to come out and inspect and quote system, and good follow up to my questions. I found that the units they quoted were high quality and best equipment for the prices I received. We booked the job, they showed up on time, and were prepared to do the work as requested. They pointed out some things to me, and we discussed system installation options. I felt they cared about our comfort. The job was completed, the crew cleaned up as promised, and we are in operation. Outstanding work done by Garrett at Complete Comfort. He installed new AC & Furnace for our home and all I can say is Garrett did an excellent job. He took care of all the little things to make sure our new heating and cooling system works perfectly. I felt like he worked on it as if it was his home. When the work was done everything worked perfect and no mess left behine. Compare what my neighbors paid for their new system I got more for less for mine. My AC & furnace are larger, more efficient and has more features yet I paid less then my neighbors. Before I found Complete Comfort, I had performed all of the maintenance services myself (clear the drain, clean the evaporator coil and condenser coil, and replace the air filter). In the process of connecting my gauges to my ac unit for diagnostic purposes, I had lost several ounces of refrigerant that I knew needed to be replaced. Rather than buying a small tank of refrigerant and waiting for two day shipping, I called about a dozen ac repair companies and was disappointed by their lack of transparency with their fees and aggressive sales techniques.
When I spoke with Josh at Complete Comfort, the difference in professionalism and knowledge was drastic. He was honest about pricing and very understanding whenever I would cancel or reschedule an appointment. Although I eventually repaired my ac myself, the knowledge he gave me over the phone was instrumental to successfully repairing my ac!
When the time comes for a repair beyond my abilities/ comfort-zone, I will not hesitate to call Complete Comfort! Highly recommended!read more

I called several repair companies when my furnace stopped keeping up in these freezing temps. Most said they were too busy to get to me or were too busy to get to me during normal business hours. When I called Complete Comfort, Joshua vowed to get to me that day or the next during normal hours no matter what. Later, an extremely nice woman from the office called to set up an appt to get me in immediately. Honestly, the nicest, most helpful two people I spoke to throughout this entire ordeal. In 2018 our main level Furnace and AC needed replaced. I had multiple dealers give me a quote and Complete Comfort was the least expensive and the specs on the unit they proposed were an upgrade from the other units. On top of that they were able to fit me in the next day and the install team couldn't have been more professional.
We have an upstairs unit as well and When it went bad this year we didn't need to shop around but instead, I called Complete Comfort. True to form, they got us taken care of quickly and the install team did an awesome job.
We have decided to use them for our spring and fall service and that team does an outstanding job as well.

The technician called ahead of the scheduled time to let us know that he was coming and was on time. He was professional and friendly and answered many of my questions concerning our heating system. We are on fixed incomes, so its very important where our money goes. So my furnace wasn't working ,complete comfort came out looked at my unit and were very nice, Mike,andJosh were nice, helpful and gave us the truth,with a minor repair instead of trying to sell us a new unit like most companies would have done.They didn't have the part and needed to come back the next day, it was late but, Mike fixed us up and while he was here did the mmaintenance, saving him and us another trip the next week thank you Mike and Josh. I initially had a hot water line leak which I got fixed with Complete Comfort. I then contacted them back to do some plumbing work on my home (new main valve replacement and some shower replacement work). Complete comfort stayed in contact with me during the scheduling and appointment arrival. While here they completed the work requested and at the quoted amount. Complete Comfort installed an air conditioner a couple years ago which has been working well. They perform service on my furnace and on my AC each year. They are professional and a good value. I get a text when they are on their way and they haven't fallen outside the schedule window yet. I'd rather choose, great value, very responsive, on time, professional. The Train line is the best quality. We did our due diligence and received bids from 4 companies. None were as good as Complete Comfort. They responded promptly, gave us their cell numbers, were available after hours to go over our quote. They sent text messages with a photo of their employee that would be in our home. I cannot say better things about this company. From the sales person to the technicians, to the office staff. My water heater stopped working. Complete Comfort pulled technicians from a construction site to service my call the same day. The lead technician, Alan, inspected my water heater with me and showed/explained to me what he found...a dead water heater. It was leaking water, and not from the heating elements...not good! Although we have gas in the same closet area as the water heater, the dead water heater was electric. I asked them to give me two estimates: 1) a straight electric replacement, and 2) a conversion to gas. I chose to make the conversion to gas.
Alan and Noah came out early the next day and worked nearly the entire day on the conversion, including draining and removing the old water heater and placing the new one (both upstairs!), connecting the water pipes, and connecting the gas. But most impressively, they installed a power vent with pvc pipe through the roof. To do that, Alan had to first climb up in the attic to cut a hole and later climb up on the roof to add flashing.
The only problem they encountered was finding power for the power vent. They tried their best to make something work, but after about two hours, confessed they were not electricians and were just trying make something work for me. I was sitting in the next room, and I can testify to their effort! I did end up calling an electrical firm that understood the situation perfectly and is coming out to transform the now unused 220 line to a 110 line for the power vent.
In summary, Alan and Noah were both excellent representatives for their company and did a tough job very well!read more

Did a great job on my AC repair - came out and completed the job all in the same day that I made the phone call. Charged me far less than a competing company estimated. Josh was professional and knew his stuff. Only caveat was that they stuck a sign in my yard with their logo without asking me. Still, I was impressed and they've earned my repeat business.read more
